COVID-19 information

We have moved this event from May 13th to September 16th because of the Corona virus. If you sign up and the event has to be cancelled due to Corona virus, or if it moved to a date when you cannot attend , you will get your money back or we will not send the invoice, if we haven't done already!

What are one-minute presentations?

In the one-minute presentations sessions, every participant submits one Powerpoint slide in advance to the organisers and receives a presentation number after registering on the day. In the plenum, each slide will then be displayed for exactly one minute in numerically ascending order. When your slide is displayed, you should stand up (in your place) and "pitch" your project for one minute. After this minute you should sit down again to the next person to start. You will be cut off after exactly one minute! This results in a highly dynamic, fun and informative session giving a good overview of all the projects.

Everyone submitting a one-minute presentation slide also needs to bring a poster OR something to put on display on a small 1 m by 1 m table (a laptop or screen with a presentation, a roll-up or a product demonstration). The poster session takes place during afternoon coffee. All the posters and table-top presentations will be distributed around the main hall (clusterd by topic), and participants will be free to move between them and talk to each other.
